We pride ourselves on the actual preparation and meal packaging methods that we use. By flash freezing our meals, we are able to seal in the nutrients and flavor of our delicious meals.

We use Red Meat. It is loaded with highly bioavailable heme Iron, Zinc, Selenium and B-Vitamins, particularly rich in Vitamin B12.

We use Grass Fed Beef. It is higher in CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) and provides a healthy Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acid ratio of 3:1.

We always use hormone free chicken specially prepared in our moisture control ovens so it’s perfectly juicy every time.

We use line caught salmon. It is loaded with Omega 3’s, Vitamin D, B-Vitamins, Selenium, Phosphorous, Choline, Iodine, Biotin and Potassium.

We use Low-Gas vegetables for ease of digestion as defined by FODMAP.

Our Grass Fed Bison has all the benefits of red meat while also being free from antibiotics and growth hormones. It is used in our premium monster mash.

We do not use Soy. Soybeans are high in Lectins which can cause indigestion, bloating and gas.  They are also high in Isoflavonoids, a type of polyphenolic antinutrient that may act as a phytoestrogen causing hormonal changes such as elevated estrogen.

We do not use processed vegetable oils in our meals or in the preparation of the meals. We utilize beef tallow instead in our preparation.
